The PEZA – CEZ, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of ₱ 244,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the “Supply, Delivery, and Installation of VHF/FM Digital Analog Transceiver and Fourteen (14) Units of Portable Transceiver for CEZ-ERU.”

1 lot Rehabilitation and Modification of Existing 40 ft. to 60 ft. PT MAST

Scope of Work

a. Replacement of guyed wires and turnbuckles for existing 40 ft.

b. Installation of additional 20 ft. Mast

c. Pull-down and reinstallation of Variloop antenna and cable with connectors

d. Repainting

Delivery, including installation of 2 Sets Mobile Antenna and New Station

14 units VHF/FM Portable Radio Frequency (MUST BE OF THE SAME BRAND WITH THE TRANSCEIVER)

Frequency Range: 136-174 MHz or UHF (403-470 MHz) or 350-400 MHz; UHF 4W Output or VHF 5W output; Complete with:

*Antenna, Battery pack, belt chip, charger with adopter and user's manual

NTC Permits and Licensing Assistance (including legal fees, preparation of engineering plans, network program, and other documents, signed and sealed by a duly licensed Electronics Engineer 1 lot

Installation, Propagation and Orientation including programming 1 lot

Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) ₱ 244,000.00

Procurement of the above items will be conducted in accordance with Section 52.1 (b) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA9184.

Eligible Bidders may submit their duly accomplished Price Quotation Form to the BAC Secretariat at 1st Floor, New Administration Building Cavite Economic Zone Rosario, Cavite on or before 4:00 pm, April 26, 2021 which shall be accompanied by the following documents.

1) Philgeps Registration Number

2) Valid and Current Mayor’s Business Permit / Municipal License
