Highways Spatial Services (HSS) provides GIS services to the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure's Highways Department. The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure (the "Ministry") is issuing this Short-Form Request for Proposals ("SRFP") to identify and retain one or more Consultants to provide additional services on an "as and when" basis to meet increasing demands for GIS tools and products within the Highways Department. Consultants are expected to operate at senior level and have a solid understanding of the challenges and complexity in performing in a multifaceted public sector environment.
