On the one hand, this includes unburdening IT, namely by requesting a standard IT package solution 'as a service' for each parcel. This part is a Requirement for all lots. Invest International is also curious about insights into the extent to which suppliers can further unburden the organization. This could be possible through support for the implementation of primary processes, also known as ‘Business Process Outsourcing’ (BPO).
