⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Kobayashi Katsutoshi, Director General of Tokai Regional Agricultural Administration Office
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 14
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be lease : personal computer 487 sets
⑷ Lease period : From 1 October, 2021 through 30 September, 2025
⑸ Lease place : As shown in the tender documentation
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concludeng a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have the Grade "A" in teams of qualification "Provision of services" at Tokai-Hokuriku area for participating intenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2019, 2020 and 2021.
④ prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after sales service and maintenance for the procured products.
⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
⑥ Prove not to be a period of receiveng nomination stop from the contracting officer etc.
⑦ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system.
⑺ Time limit for tender : 5 : 00 P.M., 8 July, 2021 (tenders submitted From 6 July, 2021 through : 5 : 00 P.M., 8 July, 2021)
