⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tender procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall
① not come under Articles 4 and 5 of the Regulations on Contracts for the Environmental Restoration and Conservation Agency of Japan ;
② have Grade A or B for the offering of services in terms of qualifications to participate in tender offers (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in fiscal years 2019, 2020, and 2021 ;
③ fulfill the check sheet for personal information management ;
④ fulfill the participation requirement described in Specification 3.4.1 ; and
⑤ submit a copy of the qualification result letter of ②, ③, and ④ as stated above by 17 : 00, 28 June 2021.
⑥ submit your proposal by 17 : 00, 28 June 2021.
