Bid documents shall be available at the BAC Office, New City Hall, LGU Bayawan City upon payment of prescribed non-refundable fee.

Bidders shall drop their technical and financial proposals in the bid box at the BAC Office, Bayawan City on or before the deadline for submission of bids.

All particulars relative to eligibility process, opening and evaluation of bids, post- qualification and award of contract shall be governed by the applicable provisions of RA. 9184.
