The Local Government Unit of Sibutad, Zamboanga del Norte under P.R. No. GFP100-2021-04-031 dated APRIL 26, 2021 with an Approved Budget for the Contract(ABC) of ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE 53/100(1,488,635.53) PESOS ONLY for the project "PROCUREMENT FOR FURNISHING OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT AND FURNITURES FOR THE NEW MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING " this municipality intends to invites prospective bidders to Apply for Eligibility and to Bid. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the Bid Opening, to wit:

The Local Government Unit of Sibutad, Zamboanga del Norte, now invites potentials bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid for the project, "PROCUREMENT FOR FURNISHING OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT AND FURNITURES FOR THE NEW MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING” a minimum eligibility requirement stated in the eligibility forms, shall be evaluated on a pass/fail basis. The deadline of submission of eligibility shall be on or before MAY 12, 2021. Only those bidders passing the ELIGIBILITY CHECK will be end to purchase the Bidding document.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive as specified in the implementation Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act. (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act and is restricted unless otherwise stated to organization with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest outstanding capital stock belonging to the citizens of the Philippines. In accordance with IRR (part of R.A. 9184), only bids from bidders who pass eligibility check will opened. The Bidder with the Lowest Calculated Bid (LCB) shall advance to the post -qualification stage in order to finally determine its responsive to the technical and financial requirement of the project. The contract shall then be awarded to the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bidder (LCRB) who was determined as the winning bidder during the post - qualification.

Interested Bidder shall secure eligibility documents to the BAC Secretariat at the address below at MAY 05 to MAY 12, 2021. They shall submit accomplished eligibility documents, in order for these to the received and check by the BAC Secretariat.

Interested Bidders may obtained further information from the Local Government Unit of Sibutad, Zamboanga del Norte through the Bids and Awards Committee and examine the bidding documents at the address below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. A complete set of bidding documents may be obtained by the bidders that has the eligibility check by presenting the notice of eligibility from the BAC Secretariat, upon payment of a non-refundable fee.

Eligible Bidders must submit their bids at the address on or before the date of opening of bids. All must be accompanied by the bid Security in the form of :

a. Two percent (2%) of the contract Price for cash certified check, Management check.

b. Two percent (2 %) of the contract price for Bank Guarantee and;

c. Five percent (5%) of the contract price for surety bond

Late Bids shall not be accepted. Bid Opening shall be on MAY 12, 2021, 1:00 P.M. at BAC OFFICE, Sibutad, Zamboanga del Norte, will be opened in the presence of the bidder's/ representatives who choose to attend.

The LGU-Sibutad, Zamboanga del Norte reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all Bids at any time prior to the contract award, without thereby incurring any liabilities to the affected bidder or bidder's.
