SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE SUPPLIES AND OTHER EQUIPMENT OF CENRO ROXAS FOR THE 1ST SEMESTER OF CY 2021
Delivery Period: within 45 days upon receipt of Purchase Order
Place of Delivery: CENRO Roxas, Brgy. San Mariano, Roxas, Oriental Mindoro
Interested Suppliers shall submit their quotation (Using the attached RFQ Form) to this Office at the address below or thru email together with the copy of the following requirements:
1. PhilGEPS Registration Certificate; and
2. Mayor's/Business Permit.
The supplier with the lowest quotation on a lump-sum basis and amount that is most advantageous to the
government shall be considered as the winning supplier provided that all eligibility requirements are complied with.
All items listed in the RFQ form must be quoted properly and please avoid erasures.
Submission of quotation and requirements will be on or before 12:00 noon of May 12, 2021 (Wednesday).
