The Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA) announces that the aforesaid project will be procured through the Alternative Mode of Negotiated Procurement specified in Section 53.9 (Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184. The CBSUA will send Request for Quotation (RFQ) to at least three (3) suppliers/contractors of known qualification for this purpose in accordance with Annex “H” of the 2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184.

Late Quotation/s will not be accepted and Quotation/s sent thru e-mail will not be entertained.
