⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : OTSUBO Masato, Director General of Kinki Regional Agricultural Administration Office
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 14
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be lease : personal computer (note type) 403 sets
⑷ Lease period : From 1 October, 2021 through 30 September, 2025
⑸ Lease place : Kinki Regional Agricultural Administration Office and each Branch Office.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have the Grade "A" in terms of the qualification "Provision of services" at Kinki area for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2019, 2020 and 2021.
④ Prove not to be a period of receiving nomination stop from the contracting officer etc.
⑤ acquire the elctric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system.
⑺ Time limit for tender : 5 : 15 P.M., 28 June, 2021
