BCIB invites qualified Proponents to submit their proposals to provide service and support needs of our Workforce Management System (WMS) deployed through the Salesforce platform. This RFP covers maintenance and operational support services and project support of our Salesforce system.

The current installation of Salesforce was recently deployed, covering some of BCIB's key service areas in candidate application and Community Benefits Agreement (CBA) employee profile management. We require ongoing maintenance and support for the current installation of the Salesforce system as well as design and build of future functionalities within the system.

The scope of services provided within this Request for Proposals (RFP) is three-fold:

1.Helpdesk support, with the following coverage: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. PST, with the capacity to provide 24/7 helpdesk support at a later time;

2.Operational support for BCIB's Salesforce solution; and

3.Project support.

A detailed scope of services is provided in section 2, Type and Scope of Services. BCIB requires each respondent to deliver all of the services included in this RFP, proposals containing only a partial delivery of the services requested will not be accepted.

Contract value: $1,000,000.00 CAD

Contract length: It is anticipated that the term of the Agreement will be for an initial three (3) years, with the option to renew for up to an additional two (2) year period at BCIB's discretion, in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
