The project “Managed Print Service, installation and support of printers and multifunctional devices” aims to completely reorganize and economically optimize the document processing infrastructure.

The city administration of Herrenberg is planning to have the entire operation of the document processing equipment carried out by an external service provider as part of a rental or purchase (possibility of an ancillary offer) of the equipment in connection with a full-service agreement. The execution of repairs, maintenance work and support services are specified as a Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Rental fee:

All system components are procured via a rental agreement that includes the following services:

1. Procurement of hardware including service and maintenance of the devices,

2. Procurement of software solutions (e.g. pull printing, device management software),

3. Automated consumption.
