Nordland County is inviting tenderers to a tender contest on behalf of 8 municipalities in Nordland for projects for the development of broadband to areas that are granted public financial support.
Nordland County is responsible for the publication of the projects. However, the participating municipalities are the contract partner for each project.
The following municipalities are included in the competition:
— Andøy,
— Bø,
— Evenes,
— Grane,
— Hamarøy,
— Meløy
— Sortland
— Sørfold.
Each municipality will be a separate procurement. The contest documents consist of general documents (announced in this notice) and specific documents per municipality (published under the respective sub-contracts).
Tenderers are permitted to submit tenders for one or several sub-contracts. However, alternative are not allowed. Tenders cannot be submitted that have a condition that the tenderer wins one or more of the other contests.
If a tender is submitted for several sub-contracts, each tender must be an independent and complete tender.
