The tender contest is for the procurement of IT operations at the Main Rescue Centre, Department North Norway and the Main Rescue Centre, Department South Norway. The contracting authority would like to establish good cooperation with a tenderer that has the ability to understand the Main Rescue Centre's activities and the importance of efficient and secure IT operations. The procurement will also include:

— duty scheme 24/7 1 hour response;

— temporary staff for holidays, sickness;

— response contract in working hours;

— service contract for critical components;

— network consultant for the ground station 30-50 % for 2021 with an option for an extension with the location for the Main Rescue Centre, Department South Norway.
