NOTICE OF ELIGIBILITY AND SHORTLISTING
The Energy Regulatory Commission (“Procuring Entity”) has received financing from the Government of the Philippines General Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2021 toward the cost of Consulting Services for the
System Security Audit of the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP). The Procuring Entity intends to apply a portion of the funds in the amount of Fifty-Six Million Nine Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Pesos
(P56,974,000.00.) to eligible payments under the contract for Consulting Services for the System Security Audit of the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) for which the Bidding Documents were issued.
The Procuring Entity now invites bids to provide the following Consulting Services for the System Security Audit of the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) under Lot No 2021-20. More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference (TOR) for the project.
The Consultant shall be selected and employed in accordance with Quality d Evaluation (QBE) Procedure as described in the Bidding Documents.
This notice has been addressed to the following short listed consultants:
1. Roxas Cruz Tagle and Co.; and
2. Navarro Amper & Co.
It is not permissible for you to transfer this invitation to any other consultant.
The Bidding Documents may be acquired at the 8th Floor, Pacific Center Building, 33 San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City from Monday to Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., upon payment of an applicable fee for the Bidding
Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB), in the amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP50,000.00).
The ERC-BAC will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on 11 May 2021, at 01:00 P.M. through videoconferencing via MS Teams which shall be open to all short listed consultant.
