1. The Department of Tourism (hereinafter called “Procuring Entity” has received financing (hereinafter called “funds”) from General Appropriations Act 2021 (hereinafter called the “Funding Source”) toward the cost of Procurement of Consulting Services of a Full Service Digital Agency for Geotourism Branding and Mapping Campaign. The Procuring Entity intends to apply a portion of the funds in the amount of Fifty Million Pesos (PhP50,000,000.00) to eligible payments under the contract for DOT-BAC-REI No. 2021-004 for which the Bidding Documents is issued.

2. The procuring entity now invites bids to provide the following Consulting Services: a full service digital agency that will aid in content generation for destination information, visibility in mapping technologies, and partnerships with other relevant online platforms.

3. The Consultant shall be selected and employed in accordance with Quality-d Evaluation (QBE) procedures as described in the Bidding Documents.

4. This notice has been addressed to the following shortlisted consultants:

5. It is not permissible for you to transfer this invitation to any other consultant.

6. The Bidding Documents may be acquired at the 4th Floor, Procurement Management Division Office, DOT Bldg., No. 351 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City. from May 10 to 28, 2021 (8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m) and May 31, 2021 (until (9:00 a.m.) upon payment of an applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of PhP 25,000.00.
