⑸ Delivery place : Imperial Guard Headquarters in Chiyodaku, Tokyo, Japan.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tenders are those who shall
① Not come under Article 70 or 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
② Have Grade A, B, C or D "Manufacture of product" or "Sale of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders required by the Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years of 2019, 2020 and 2021.
③ Have not being suspended from Transactions by request of the official in charge of contract.
④ Not be the business operators that antiSocial forces influences management substan-tially or the person who has exclusion request from Japanese govern ment is continuing state concerned.
⑤ Be able to perform the contract and able to submit documents that prove it.
