⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ⒜not come under Article 16 and 17 of the account preion concerned by Japan Arts Council, ⒝have the Grade A or B qualification during fiscal 2021 in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by Japan Arts Council, ⒞prove to have the ability to rent the products concerned by themselves and by a third party, should the products requested through this notice be rent by a third party, prove to have prepared a system to provide maintenance for the rent products.
