Implementation, development, evolution, training and maintenance of a software solution for managing live performance productions in SaaS mode for the Capitole de Toulouse National Theater and Orchestra (TONC). This work agreement covers both the supply of a complete hosted production management system, and project management, functional and technical assistance, configuration, specific developments, training and maintenance services associated with the software solution. This consultation is subject to article L. 2124-3 of the public procurement code. The market involves the establishment of a mixed price market with a single operator with no minimum or maximum amount. The financial estimate only concerns the part with purchase orders: EUR 321,000 excluding tax,
