The subject of the procurement is the tendering of Vantaan Energia Oy's server usage and capacity services, telecommunications services and information security services. The procurement has not been divided into parts, as it is a complex service package. The contract period is valid until further notice. However, the parties have the right to terminate the contract without cause during the contract period. In this case, the notice period is six (6) months if the Customer terminates and fourteen (14) months if the Supplier terminates. The first possible date of termination for both parties is two (2) years after the entry into force of the Agreement.
