The subject of the contract is the maintenance and development of the LAS system for a period of 24 months.

The scope of the subject of the contract includes:

1. providing user support - provision of the monthly LAS maintenance service, as defined in § 1 of the draft contract

2.implementation of named tasks, in accordance with the definition specified in § 1 of the draft contract,

3.implementation of additional tasks and minor modifications, in accordance with the definitions set out in § 1 of the draft contract, for a maximum of 13,000 man-hours

4.the implementation of workshops as part of the transfer of knowledge, as defined in § 1 of the draft contract, with a maximum duration of 30 workshop days,

The Ordering Party stipulates that the services indicated in points 3 and 4 constitute an order under the "right of option", which will be performed only at the request of the Ordering Party.
