The target of the acquisition is a partner for the centralized implementation of integrations.

It is a work agreement which does not contain a quantity purchase obligation. The quality of the service provided is measured regularly. The quality perspective and the concrete measurement method will be agreed between the customer and the supplier at the beginning of the cooperation.

The University of Oulu provides centralized integrations between the information systems of the University of Oulu and the University of Applied Sciences, both within organizations and with third-party information systems. The total number of integrations by 2023 is estimated at about 350 integrations. The partner to be acquired is required to be able to provide services for integration production in accordance with the University of Oulu's integration operating model and implementation manual with the technological choices made by the University of Oulu.
