⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Fumio Yamamoto, President of The National University Corporation Akita University
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 22, 31
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : SPECT-CT System and PET-CT System 1 Set
⑷ Delivery period : By 31 March, 2022
⑸ Delivery place : Akita University Hospital
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 47 and 48 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Akita University Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2021 in the Tohoku area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the procured products,
D prove to have registered with the relavant authorities, in accordance with the Law on Securing Quality, Efficacy and Safety of Products including Pharmaceuticals and Medical Divices, to initiate business of selling a medical instrument,
E prove to have the abbility to deliver the products, required by this notice, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer,
F meet the qualification requirements which Chief Accounting Officer may specify in accordance with Article 49 of the Regulation,
G not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by President of The National University Corporation Akita University.
