As we emerge from the Covid-19 pandemic and plan how we can promote Waltham Forest’s recovery, we know that how people live will not return to the way things were. The pandemic has brought about massive changes, not least how information on a range of topics is accessed and consumed. To this end Waltham Forest Council are seeking to commission a contractor to run our ‘Resident Information Consumption following the Pandemic’ investigation, which seeks to explore how the changes to our world have affected our residents’ preferences for and behaviour when accessing and receiving information, and what types of information they wish to receive. We therefore wish to commission an experienced market or social research contractor, with experience in communications research, to plan, design and deliver this investigation.
