The contract includes the construction design and construction of “Vt 19 Seinäjoki — Lapua, STk” to the extent specified in the plan documents with all road arrangements, equipment and devices to the extent specified in the documents attached to the invitation to tender.

The contract is a unit price-d design and implement (STk) contract with a development phase. In addition to the standard ST contract, there is a joint development phase between the customer and the contractor, located between the selection and construction of the contractor, where e.g. aims to develop design solutions. The development phase is described in more detail in the tender documents.
