Bantry Destination Town - Cork County Council is seeking an architect/urban design led consultancy service to act as PSDP and to deliver a town centre public realm, wayfinding and signage project. The Tenderers shall tender for CWMF Stages (i) to (v) fulfilling the duties described in the Service Requirements document. 
This is an architect/urban design led multi-disciplinary integrated project and as such the successful Consultant shall be required to provide, as a minimum, the following expertise during the life cycle of the project:
Architect - Urban designer - Planner - Interpretation Expert - Tourism Interpretation Specialist - Transport - Civil/Structural/Environmental Engineering and Quantity Surveying.
