WIT operates an Etextiles and Smart Materials Innovation Lab. Tenders are sought for a printer with inbuilt piezoelectric inkjet technology and Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems MEMS fabrication processes.
This tender will be 1 specific Lot.
1. inkjet printer ,precision materials deposition system with piezoelectric inkjet technology and Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems MEMS fabrication processes.
This item will have the following capabilities
2. Delivery of high spec piezo-d inkjet versatile, bench-top system printer. Capable of providing printed solutions for electronics, displays, chemical, life sciences, photovoltaics, 3D mechanical, optical, and other emerging technologies and industries.
3. Piezo-d inkjet print cartridges, filters, syringes. Capability to fill cartridges with their own fluid materials, including nanoparticle-d llic and organic materials.
4. A Built-in drop jetting observation system
5. A Fiducial camera for substrate alignment and measurement
6. Variable jetting resolution and pattern creation PC-controlled capabilities with Graphical User Interface (GUI) application software
7. Capable of jetting a wide range of fluids Heated vacuum platen Cartridge cleaning.
Additional equipment, including printers, software packages/licences, Inks may be purchased post tender for 36months.
