⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Katsutoshi Sakurai, The Obligating Officer Director-General President, Kochi University
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity "high voltage power service" to be used in Kochi University Asakura Campus Others 1 Set
⑷ Delivery period : From 1 September, 2021 through 31 March, 2023
⑸ Delivery place : The places specified by the Obligating Officer (Kochi University Asakura Campus・Monobe Campus・Ozu Campus・Nanmei Dormitory・Tokiwa Dormitory・Center for Marine Biology Institute)
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 4 and 5 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Kochi University Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2021 in the Shikoku area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO,
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by The Obligating Officer Director-General.
