③ not have filed a petition for the commencement of reorganization proceedings under the Corporate Reorganization Act or the commencement of rehabilitation proceedings under the Civil Rehabilitation Act (except those who have done the procedure of reapplication under the notification of the competing participation qualification)

④ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Chugoku Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for the tender to Bid Opening

⑤ not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned

⑥ have proven to have actually fulfillment the service with performance similar to that of the service concerned

⑦ have proven to have prepared a system to provide support for the products concerned

⑧ bid manual downloaded from the Electric Procurement system, or have officially received the grant of the bid manual from Director General of Chugoku Regional Development Bureau

⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification : 17 : 00 11 June, 2021
