⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible forparticipating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting, furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting,
③ have GradeA, B, C or D on the "Sale of goods" in terms of the qualifications for participating in tenders by Japan Atomic Energy Agency, or in tenders related to the governmental agencies (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year,
④ prove to have registered with the relevant authorities, in accordance with the Oil Stockpiling Act, to initiate business of selling petroleum products,
⑤ prove to have ability to deliver the products, required by the this notice, on the period and the place specified,
⑥ not be currently under suspension of nomination by Director of Contract Department, Japan Atomic Energy Agency,
⑺ Time-limit for tender :
2nd contract : 2 August 2021 5 : 00 p.m.
3rd contract : 14 September 2021 5 : 00 p.m.
4th contract : 10 December 2021 5 : 00 p.m.
