⑸ Qualification for participating in the tendering procendures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those who shall

① Not come under Article 11 of the Central Nippon Expressway Company's regulation concerning the contract procedures

② Have been qualified through the examination of the documents submitted.

・Document that describes company career

⑹① Eligible tenderers shall be the ones who have satisfied the following conditions ;

1) The ones who have been licensed for collection, transportation and disposal work of specially controlled industrial waste d on Waste Management and Public Cleansing Law, Law No. 137 of 1970, Paragraph 1 and 6 of Article 14-4.

2) The ones who have handled PCB waste or have been permitted as service supplier for detoxification as described in Waste Management and Public Cleansing Law, paragraph 1 of Article 15-4-4. In addition, the ones agrees to render related duplicate documents ; provided, The ones who have registered designated business partners for disposal or transportation of special industrial waste to have functions to do disposal as well as transportation work.

In case that business partners of transportation and disposal work are different, in terms of submission of applications and tenders, are given by tender document

② The ones who apply with designated partners pursuant to the preceding paragraph shall not be allowed to apply at the same time as tenders with no partners.

③ No capital or personal relationship between those who participate tender.
