⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : KAMURA Tetsuya, Director-General Chubu District Transport Bureau.

⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Business services and re-search and output optimum location and output devices 1 set
⑷ Delivery period : From the next day of contract through 30 September, 2025 (Service period : From 1 October, 2021 through 30 September, 2025)
⑸ Fulfillment place : as in the tender documentation
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall.
① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the saidclause.
② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. And also have not received suspension of nomination by Director-General Chubu District Transport Bureau.
③ have Grade "A" of level of interest in the "provision of services" in Tokai・Hokuriku area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every Ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021.
④ Acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system
