⑴ Classification of the products to be procured : 71, 27
⑵ Nature and quantity of the product to be purchased : Hospital Information System 1 set and system maintenance commission for 7 years. Including Telephone equipment.
⑶ Type of the procurement : Purchase
⑷ Required conditions
① Introduce the system (EMR, Divisional systems, their infrastructure) in March 2023.
② Telephone equipment is required to PBX, communication devices and nurse call solution.
③ Contribute to improve the quality and efficiency of our work, and the medical care and the service for our client.
④ Configure hardware to suit our hospital structure and 7 years operation.
⑤ Maintenance period is required at least 7 years.
⑥ Extendability and flexibility for additional system and function.
⑦ Consider information security, disaster planning and BCP enough.
⑧ Consider cost effectiveness enough.
⑸ Time-limit for the submission of the requested material : 5 : 00 P.M. June 21, 2021
