⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :

A This system should be able to support the diagnosis and treatment of Hamamatsu University School of Medicine Hospital overall, to manage the business smoothly, and to provide an enough security function to protect patient and staff's individual information and treatment information.

B This system is comprised of an electronic clinical record system, an order entry system (preion, injection, regimen, radiological test, specimen test, physiological test, bacterial test, diagnostic pathology test, endoscopic test, meal supplying service, medical treatment, disease name, rehabilitation, blood transfusion, clinical path, nutrition instruction), a scan system, a hospital management system (medical account, DPC, statistics), hospital information network systems, nursing support systems, the department systems (Clinical Laboratories, Diagnostic Pathology, Clinical Nutrition Unit, Transfusion & Cell Therapy), a date searching･analyzing system type of integrating clinical information･management information, and the user management systems.

C This system must be able to connect to already installed departmental systems interfaces (incident report system [NEC Corporation], patient guiding system [Carina System Co., Ltd.], payment ma-chine/waiting account displaying system, output function of financial accounting systems file [Nisseicom, Limited], radiological department system [FUJI- FILM Medical Co., Ltd.], endoscopy department system [Olympus Corporation], preion･injection order [YUYAMA CO., LTD.], ICU system(GAIA) [NIHON KOHDEN CORPORATION], Claio&C-note [FINDEX Inc.], physiological system [NIHON KOHDEN CORPORATION], rehabilitation department system [SOFT SERVICE LIFECARE Inc.], making referral letter system [NEC Corporation/FUJIFILM Medical Co., Ltd./SBS Information Systems Co.,Ltd.], blood purification system [NHOSA Corporation.], surgical operation department system (ERGA) [DOWELL Co., Ltd./Suzuyo System Technology Co., Ltd.], disaster countermeasure system [NEC Corporation], Medical information DB (SS-MIX2) [NEC Corporation]) by the in-hospital network or files, to transmit･process various information including images smoothly. Also this system integrate information between each departments, mutually to devise for effectiveness, inhibit verbose input.

D This system could be a total system by a single vendor, or a group of systems of superior function by each vendor, connected with standardized interface each other.

E This system must include environmental measures to consider energy conservation, and have the performance that can operate automatically 24hours unattended, and can secure enough operation speed. In addition, there must be a maintenance service of the system, and the recovery from the trouble of the system must be appropriate.
