⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :

A The system must contain a main infrastructure for certification and/or authentication in our university. It must be possible to authenticate users of multiple sub-systems in the campus. It must be possible to provide the user information to multiple authentication systems in the campus. It must be a certification system available in multiple authentication methods.

B The system must contain virtual systems that can manage campuswide servers, VDIs, networks, storage, etc.

C The system must contain network switches and firewalls that can flexibly manage the campuswide LAN and the Internet connection.

D The system must contain facilities for training the faculty or students about IT utilization ability and IT literacy.

E The system must contain secure client subsystems that can be used according to each security level by more than 6,000 students, staff members, etc.

F The system must contain some kind of e-mail system that can be used by more than 10,000 students, staff members, etc.

G The systems must be designed to be easily manageable for users and have a good administrative subsystem or programs for easy control.

H In order to maintain system reliability, the vendor's support must be guaranteed such that the system is maintained on short notice.
