⑴ Contracting entity : Ryusuke Nakayama, Director of the Accounting Division, Grand Steward's Secretariat, Imperial Household Agency, 1-1 Chiyoda, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-8111 Japan.
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 71, 27.
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Information System of the Museum of the Imperial Collections 1 set
⑷ Fulfillment period : 31 March 2022
⑸ Fulfillment place : The place specified by the Contracting Entity.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Persons under Conservatorship or Persons under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ Have Grade A, B or C "offer of services" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (standardized qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years, 2019, 2020 and 2021.
④ Not be suspended from tenders by Imperial Household Agency.
⑺ Time limit for tender : by 17 : 00 9 JULY 2021.
