⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : UMEDA Noriyoshi, The Obligating Officer : Director-General Administration Bureau, National Institute of Technology, Kure college, Japan
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 14
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be rent : Educational Computer System 1 Set
⑷ Rent period : From 1 March, 2022 through 28 February, 2027
⑸ Rent place : National Institute of Technology, Kure college, Japan
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 4 and 5 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for National Institute of Technology, Japan,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2021 in the Chugoku area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale services and maintenance for the procured services,
D prove to have the ability to deliver the products, required by this notice, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer,
E prove to have the ability to rent the products concerned by themselves and by a third party, should the products requested through this notice be rent by a third party, prove to have prepared a system to provide maintenance for the rent products,
F meet the qualification requirements which Obligathing Officer : Director-General may specify in accordance with Article 6 of the Regulation,
G not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by Obligathing Officer : Director-General.
