⑸ Fulfillment place : National Center of Neurology and Psychiatry

⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :

A not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Center of Neurology and Psychiatry. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ;

B not come under Article 7 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Center of Neurology and Psychiatry

C have Grade A, B or C in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto-Koushinetsu Region ;

D be the person who receives registration of retail sale electric business ;

E fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO

F prove that they can deliver the Electricity, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer ;
