⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : SHIMAYA Kunihiro, Commander, the 8th Regional Coast Guard Headquarters.
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 2
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Fuel Oil A, Quantity About 3,440,100L
⑷ Delivery date : From 1, July, 2021 through 31, March, 2022
⑸ Delivery place : Turuga Port ment tank
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures ; Supplier eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ;
(ⅰ) not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause :
(ⅱ) not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting :
(ⅲ) have Grade A, B, C or D of "Selling" in Toukai Hokuriku, Kinki or Chugoku area in terms of the qualifications for participating in the tenders by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year, 2019・2020・2021 :
(ⅳ) have registered with the relevant authorities, in accordance with the Petroleum Stockpiling Law (Law No. 55 of 2001), to initiate business of selling Petroleum Products.
(ⅴ) The person who is not being suspended from Transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
(ⅵ) not be the business operators that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned.
⑺ Time limit for tender ; 17 : 00, 24, June, 2021
