⑶ Nature and quantity of the products : International Transportation, packing, custom clearance of the artworks for "Japanese Avant Garde" Exhibition.

⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Articles 16 and 18 of the Japan Foundation's Rules for the operation of Accounting
② have Grade A classification in offering services in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders (single qualification for every ministry and agency) for fiscal years 2019, 2020, and 2021.
③ be appointed by the Japan Foundation.
