The Council maintains a large portfolio of property, from which other departments of the Council provide an array of key services to its residents. The prime aim of the contracts is to facilitate the safe and uninterrupted provision of services being delivered from the full range of properties. It is essential that the buildings remain safe, dry, and functional. The successful contractors must work in collaboration with officers to ensure that buildings remain in operational condition, plant and materials are serviced and maintained to ensure legal compliance, efficiency and reliability and where failures arise they are repaired in a diligent fashion with minimal disruption to the building user. This procurement consists of the following 6 separate LOTs: Fabric Services; M&E Services; Air Conditioning Services; Legionella Services; Fire Services (alarms and extinguishers), and; Data Centre.
