1. Procedure: open tender.
2. The subject of the contract is subion and maintenance services for the McAfee software suite.
3. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of applying the so-called "Prior evaluation of tenders", referred to in Art. 139 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law.
4. The Awarding Entity does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Art. 214 paragraph. 1 point 7 or 8 of the Public Procurement Law.
5. The Awarding Entity envisages to exercise the right of option (see section II.2.11 of the notice).
6. The contractor is obliged to provide a tender guarantee, before the deadline for submitting tenders, in the amount of PLN 35,600.
