Ealing Council wishes to procure a new Community Children and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CCAMHS) during Summer 2021. Ealing spends circa £3.1m per annum on CCAMHS, with 75% of this spend on early intervention services. The Council is looking for innovation and efficiencies to make best use of this budget. It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 1st April 2022 and will be for three (3) years, with two possibilities of one (1) year extension. Ealing Council is seeking experienced CCAMHS providers who can achieve good outcomes and bring about positive change for Ealing children and families and help support children and young people to achieve their optimum emotional health and well-being. The service will be divided in to 2 lots.

Lot 1: This will include those early intervention services which offer a blended model of training, support, advice and consultation for both families and those professional involved in their care, alongside offering a range of time-limited evidence-d interventions to children, young people and their families within a community setting or school.

Lot 2: This will include those services which are aimed at supporting families who are most in need by improving mental health and emotional wellbeing. This includes psychology provision which supports statutory services within the Council and helps to manage demand, reduce family and placement breakdown.
