⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 3 of the Public Announcement on the Qualifications for participating in the Tendering Procedures by JOGMEC.
② have the Grade A qualification on "offer of services etc" for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency in the Fiscal year 2019, 2020, and 2021"
