City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council invites you to submit a competitive tender for the West Yorkshire Legal work. The council is the Lead Authority for the work Agreement. The Lead Authority is procuring the work Agreement on behalf of itself and the Other Customers who may call off Services under the work Agreement. Other Customers include the Council of the Borough of Kirklees, the Borough Council of Calderdale, Leeds City Council, City of York Council, and the Council of the City of Wakefield (together with the Lead Authority “WYLAW Group”). In addition, other Customers may include the following contracting authorities (including their statutory successors and organizations created as a result of re-organisation or organisational changes) situate in the Yorkshire and Humber Region: Local Authorities. The council as Lead Authority and Other Customers are seeking cost-effective professional legal support to supplement existing in-house resources where those resources either are insufficient to meet the level of work required or specialist support is required which the in-house resources do not have. Neither the council nor any Other Customer is outsourcing existing in-house teams by undertaking this procurement.
