1. The City Government of Toledo under the CAPITAL OUTLAY ICT EQUIPMENT, - has appropriated the sum of one Million Six Hundred Nine Thousand Five Eighty (Php1,609,580.00) Pesos Ònly, being the Approved Budget for the Contract for the Supply Delivery of ICT Equipment for Different Offices Use (2nd Quarter) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Toledo now invites bids for the Supply Delivery of ICT Equipment for Different Offices Use (2nd Quarter. Delivery of goods is required 30 calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order (PO) and/or NTP. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of subnusslon and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The deion of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section Il Instructions to Bidders.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R A. 9184), otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Ace Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty (60%) percent interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.

4. anterested bidders may obtain further information from the Bids and Awards Committee Office at Toledo Sports Center Brw. Sangi, Toledo City through BAC Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 A.M.-5:OO P.M.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by Interested bidders on May 28 up to June 21.2021 . at 4:00 P.M. from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued byfhe GPPB, in the amount of Phe

It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that the Bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids.

6. The City Government of Toledo will hold a Pre-Bidding Conference on June 07 2021, 9:00 0'clock in the morning at the Office or the Bids and Awards Committee, Toledo Sports Center Brgy. Sangi ,Toledo City, which shall be open to prospective bidders.

7. Bids may be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before 9:00 0'clock in the morning of June 222 2021. All bids must be accompamed by a bid secunty In any of the acceptable forms and In the amount stated. Late bids will not be accepted

Bid opening shall be June 22, 2021(ñ 9:00 A.M and onwards at the BAC Office, Toledo Sports Center Brgy. Sangi, Toledo City . Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below.

8. Each bidder subm;t one (l) certified copy from the original and two (2) additional authenticated copies of the first and second components of the bid Bidders shall enclose their original eligibility and technical documents in one sealed envelope marked "ORIGINAL -TECHNICAL CONPONENT', and the original of their financial component in another sealed envelope marked L"ORIGNAL - FNANCIAL COMPONENT', sealing them all In an outer envelope marked "ORIGINAL BID".

Each copy of the first and second envelopes Shall be similarly sealed duly marking the inner envelopes as "COPY NO. TECHNICAL COMPONENT" and "COPY NO._ - FNANCIAL COMPONENT" and the outer envelope as "COPY NO. respectively. These envelopes contamrng the ongmal and the copies shall then be enclosed In ONE SINGLE ENVELOPE. The original and the number of copies of the Bid as indicated in the BDS shall be type or written in indelible ink and shall be signed by the bidder or its duly xepresentative/s. -All_enyelopes thecontract to the biœimcapital_ letters; bear the name and address of the bidder in capital letters; be addressed to the Procuring Entity's BAC and; bear a warning "DO NOT OPEN BEFORE...." the date and time for the opening of the bids, Bidders are also required to provide TABLE OF CONTENTS with corresponding TAB/Label for each submitted Technical and Financial components of its bid

9. Prospective bidders should have completed similar contract with a value at least 50% of the ABC. The BAC will conduct Post Qualification ofthe lowest calculated bid

10. The City Government of Toledo assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses Incurred In the preparatlon of the bid.

12. The City Government of Toledo reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 41 of RA 9184 and its IRR, without hereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
