⑴ Classification of the products to be procured : 14
⑵ Nature and quantity of the products to be rent : Library Computer System 1 Set

⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :
A The system should have a sufficient security, high performance and stability.
B All functions and data in the existing system must be transferred to the new system with higher performance and functions.
C The system should have user interface with high usability to provide library staff with the most efficient operations and to provide library users with comfortable experiences.
D The system should incorporate the latest and sustainable web technologies and should have flexibility of functional upgrades and cooperation with the external systems.
E The system should have an interoperabilities with external systems which Kyushu University provides. e.g. personnel/student affairs department system, financial accounting system and library website.
F The system should comply with NACSIS-CAT/ILL which National Institute of Informatics provides.
G The system should have an ability to change its structure according to libraries renovation.
H The system should be updated on a regular basis.
