⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :

A The required system should be able to analyze and analyze biochemical and immunoserum tests (including specimen preprocessing, postprocessing, and specimen transfer lines), blood cell tests, blood coagulation fibrinolysis tests, urine qualitative and sediment tests, blood glucose and HbA1c tests, microbiological tests, genetic tests, and pathological tests with high accuracy.

B The requested system shall have the inspection processing capability to process the above inspections conducted by the institute without delay.

C The required system shall have an online connection function with the existing hospital information system centered on the electronic medical record of the main hospital, and shall be capable of input/output communication of patient and request information, numerical data, and image data, as well as data storage and management.

D Analyzers used for after-hours inspections shall be capable of operating 24 hours a day.
