⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 6 of East Nippon Expressway Company Limited's regulation concerning the contract procedures (Regulation № 16 of 2005).
② Not to have been subject to transaction suspension measures imposed by East Nippon Expressway Company Limited during the period from the examination criteria date to the date of the decision on the bidder.
③ There shall have been no funding or personal relationships with those intending to participate in the bidding during the period from the examination criteria date to the date of the decision on the bidder.
⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification : 4 : 00 P.M. 29 June. 2021
⑻ Time-limit for the submission of tender : 4 : 00 P.M. 6 August. 2021
