⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Keizo Eguchi, Superintendent, The Japan Coast Guard School.
⑵ Classification number of the products to be procured : 26
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity used in The Japan Coast Guard School, contract 788kW, the estimated electricity for the year 2,071,067kWh
⑷ Delivery date : From September 1, 2021 through August 31, 2022
⑸ Delivery place : The Japan Coast Guard School
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Exceptionally, minors and people under curatorship/assistance can be approved as bidders as long as they meet special conditions stated in the article above.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting :
③ have Grade A, B, or C of "Product Selling" in Kinki area in bid qualifications designated by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year, 2019・2020・2021 :
④ not be under punishment by suspension of designated contractor status.
⑤ on appraisal of the price tendered, no levy is imposed d on the special measures law concerning the procurement of renewable electric energy by electrical power companies, fuel regulation, or photovoltaic generation promoting levy.
⑺ Have permission as a general electric power campany d on the Electricity Enterprises Act Article 3 Act 1 or have registration as an authorized scale electric supplier d on the Same Act Article 16-2, Act 1.
⑻ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
⑼ Time limit for tender 17 : 00, July 21th, 2021
